Mandy Bateman

Mandy Bateman, SEPC, HMCC, CIS, serves as the Director of Marketing and Creative Services at Maritz since February 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic experience design and process flow strategies. Previously, Mandy held positions such as Director of Growth Marketing, Operations Manager, and Travel Account Manager, demonstrating expertise in client collaboration and event logistics. Prior to Maritz, Mandy worked at Compass Meetings, LLC from January 2011 to February 2018 as an Independent Meeting Manager, overseeing various aspects of event management, and at Anthony's Event Center and Homeport Restaurant from 2006 to 2012 as an Event Coordinator/Sales Manager, focusing on pharmaceutical and corporate events. Education was completed at Columbia Basin College.
