Rebecca Welsh is currently the Vice President and Co-General Counsel at Mark43. Prior to this, Rebecca served as an Associate General Counsel at the same company. Before joining Mark43, Rebecca worked as a Litigation Associate at Cooley LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Rebecca also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Rebecca has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in U.S. History and Latin American Studies from Cornell University. Additionally, Rebecca has experience as a Fellow at the NYU Center on the Administration of Criminal Law and as a Trial Bureau Paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
