Soyeon started their career at Dataminr as a Program Lead for the Public Sector. In this role, they oversaw training, retraining, special analytical projects, and professional development for a team of analysts. Soyeon also implemented a new project management platform and protocols to streamline research efforts by data analysts in three sites over a 24/7 operation.
During their time at Dataminr, Soyeon also led the marketing and engagement team to launch three new deployments and successfully converted a client from trial to contract. Soyeon also managed multiple accounts at the federal and international level, provided clear mobile and in-person trainings, and round-the-clock support to clients in the intelligence, defense, and NGO spaces.
Soyeon’s experience and success at Dataminr led their to their current role as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Mark43. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all revenue operations for the company.
Soyeon Yu has a Master's degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Cornell University. Soyeon also has a Certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
