Kim E. Coonrod

Kim Coonrod is the Director of Risk Solution Services- Administration and Operations at Markel since April 2020. Previously, Kim worked as the Director of Loss Control at Markel Specialty Commercial starting in September 2016. Kim has a wealth of experience in loss control, starting as a Loss Control Representative at Northwestern National in 1992. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Kim has shown a strong commitment to leadership and strategic direction in the field of risk engineering.
