Job description

Position: Customer Service Intern Duration: 6 months Stipend: INR 5000 per month Location: Market99 Head Office, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi Website: Market99

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various channels (phone, email, chat). • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

2. Order Processing:

• Assist in Confirming customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any order-related issues.

3. Product Knowledge:

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

4. Communication:

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams. • Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or orders.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Collaborate with different departments to gather information and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and navigating through various applications. Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
