Rachael Tormos has extensive experience in the financial sales sector, currently serving as a Senior Market Analyst and Sales Manager/Director of Client Experience at Market Traders Institute since March 2017. Rachael is responsible for managing a large team of Financial Sales Representatives, which includes recruiting, training, and establishing sales objectives to drive performance. Rachael's background also includes roles as a Sales Team Leader and Senior Account Executive, where strong emphasis was placed on sourcing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and consistently achieving sales quotas. Additionally, Rachael has been involved in forex and options education since joining Market Traders Institute in June 2004.
