Min Kim

Min Kim, CFA has over 16 years of experience in the financial industry. Currently, Min is the Head of Data Services at MarketAxess, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to that, Min worked for The Citco Group of Companies for eight years, starting in January 2012 and ending in May 2020. During their time at Citco, Min served as the Senior Vice President of Market Data & Corporate Actions. Min was responsible for managing global teams and creating centers of excellence in various locations. Min also led the merger of two groups to form a centralized market data team.

Before joining Citco, Min worked at Tradeweb as the Assistant Vice President of Market Data from June 2008 to January 2012. Min played a key role in a historical tick-pricing project that generated a new revenue stream. Min also implemented tools and automation to optimize daily workflows and reduce discrepancies across market data platforms.

Prior to Tradeweb, Min worked as a Financial Market Risk Analyst at MF Global from January 2007 to June 2008. In this role, they managed risk assessments for derivative markets in multiple countries and oversaw global parameters for the stressing model. Min also conducted statistical analysis and product simulations.

At the start of their career, Min worked as a Financial Consultant at AXA from July 2004 to January 2007. Min focused on creating financial plans for individuals and small business owners in the region.

Min Kim, CFA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their undergraduate education, Min Kim has obtained various certifications, including being an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Min Kim is also a CFA Charter Holder and has completed CAIA Level 1. They also hold a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
