Bob Schweter has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob began their career in 1981 as a Test Supervisor at Tandem Computers and later took on various roles at ROLM, SCI, and Tandem Computers. In these positions, they gained valuable experience in production management and project coordination. Bob then joined Applied Materials as a Technical Project Lead, where they provided quality and test leadership. Afterward, they worked at Dell in multiple roles, including New Product Systems Project Manager and Trade Compliance Project Manager. During their time at Dell, they successfully managed global projects, achieved on-time product launches, and implemented efficiency-boosting processes. Bob also served as the Administrative Pastor at Central Baptist Church, overseeing business operations and project planning. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director of Operations, Central Texas, at Marketplace Chaplains USA.
Bob Schweter attended Park University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In 2010, they briefly studied at St. Edward's University, focusing on Project Management. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this period.
