Kristine (Krissy) Owen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, learning development, and emergency communications. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Analyst at Marketplace Chaplains since January 2021, Kristine previously held the position of 9-11 Telecommunicator and Peer Support Specialist with Frisco Police Department from March 2019 to November 2020. Their notable tenure at Accenture from October 1994 to March 2019 included roles such as Learning & Talent Development Global Lead and Knowledge Management Manager, where Kristine (Krissy) successfully created and implemented learning strategies and managed knowledge repositories. Kristine’s educational background includes studies in English at the University of Texas at Arlington and the University of Maryland, both in the United States and in Munich, Germany.
