Shane Satterfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shane began their career at SKF Group, where they worked in manufacturing management from 1989 to 1999. Following this, they transitioned into the role of Minister of Education at Hopewell Baptist Church from 1999 to 2005. From there, they served as the Executive Pastor at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they hold executive positions at Marketplace Chaplains, serving as the Eastern Region Vice President since June 2007 and later being promoted to Executive Vice President of Division Operations in May 2016.

Shane Satterfield completed their Masters degree in Christian Education from Southwest Bible College and Seminary from 1995 to 2000.
