Sára Škvorová currently serves as the People & Culture Director and previously as a People & Culture Expert at Marketup, beginning in September 2023. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Otevřeno and Consultant at QED GROUP a.s., where Sára developed projects focusing on mentoring, coaching, and team facilitation for various notable clients. Previous experience at Marketup involved strategic HR leadership, during which Sára contributed significantly to the company's growth and development of learning initiatives. Sára has also held HR-related positions at deVere Group, AID Partners, and Penzijní společnost Česke pojišťovny. Sára's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Andragogy and Personnel Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Charles University, as well as a focus on music performance from a music and art school.
