Rukudzo Matiza

Rukudzo Matiza is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Manager for M&S International at Marks and Spencer since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rukudzo worked as a Management Consultant at Baringa from May 2022 to April 2024 and was an MBA Candidate at Alliance Manchester Business School from November 2020 to April 2022, where participation included being a Europe South Regional Finalist in the Venture Capital Investment Competition. Rukudzo also gained valuable experience through an MBA internship at Scalebridge Capital, and held senior positions as a Senior Associate at VISTRA and PwC, as well as roles at BDO UAE and EY. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa.
