Kader Ş.

Kader Ş. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Student Intern at HELLA. They then worked as a Thesis Student at Bosch in 2013. Moving forward, Kader Ş. joined MHZ Hachtel GmbH & Co. KG in 2015 as a Production Team Lead, where they were responsible for managing production stages and leading a team of over 70 employees. During this time, they also played a key role in long-term projects such as the development and production of new technologies for companies like Macar Telekom and Zalando. In 2020, Kader Ş. became an Area Sales Manager at Akyapak, and in 2022 they transitioned into a Business Operations Manager role at MARKT-PILOT.

Kader Ş. obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from AKAD University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Kader Ş. attended Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, studying Business Administration.
