Mogens Elsberg

Mr. Elsberg is a Europe-based Operating Executive to Marlin Operations Group, Inc., focused on conducting operational due diligence and providing operational support to European portfolio companies in the software and technology sectors.

Mr. Elsberg has over 30 years of experience in the software, technology and tech-enabled services industries. Previously, he served as CEO of Bluegarden A/S, an exited Marlin portfolio company and leading Scandinavian provider of human capital management software solutions and services. Prior to Bluegarden, he served as the CEO of e-conomic A/S, a cloud-based bookkeeping solution for small businesses and, prior thereto, served as CEO of GN Netcom, a global headset manufacturer of the Jabra brand. In addition, Mr. Elsberg co-founded Pensio (now Altapay), an e-commerce payments management company which was successfully sold to Valitor. He has also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft Dynamics, IBM and Aston Group. Mr. Elsberg holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Technical University of Denmark and a B.Sc. in Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
