Sarah Cullen

Sarah is Director of Client Development and Strategy, based in our Amsterdam office. Working across Marlin Hawk, she offers over a decade of executive search industry experience in business development planning, strategic intelligence, data analytics and thought leadership, supporting the business to achieve its commercial goals. Prior to joining Marlin Hawk, Sarah worked for another global executive search and leadership consulting firm as a Global Practice Manager, working with some of the firm's largest consumer clients on talent management and leadership advisory projects. She graduated from Imperial College London with a master’s degree in Environmental Business Studies.
