Erik Tupper

Erik Tupper is a Membership Experience Executive for the Miami Marlins and loanDepot park, where responsibilities include serving as a liaison between Marlins Members and the organization’s players and staff, ensuring exceptional service. Previously, Erik worked as a Membership Sales Executive, generating revenue through relationship-building efforts within the Miami-Dade community. At The Aspire Group, Erik held the position of Assistant Manager of Sales and Service, focused on revenue generation for the University of Northern Iowa’s Athletic Department. Erik's experience also includes an internship with the Iowa Cubs, where responsibilities involved facility preparation and fan engagement, as well as a role as a Student Assistant for Iowa Football, supporting team development and game-day operations. Erik holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and Sports Studies from the University of Iowa.
