Luis Arganda is an IT analyst at the Miami Marlins. Luis has previously worked as a support desk engineer for Michell Consulting Group, IT Services Miami, and IT Support Miami. In this role, they managed a help desk ticketing system for over 25 high-level clients, provided phone, chat, or in-person support, and diagnosed and resolved a range of software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Luis also organized, scheduled upgrades and maintenance to ensure users could continue working uninterrupted. Arganda has also administered all aspects of Active Directory, to include group policies and creating and managing end-users accounts. In addition, they have installed and maintained cloud computing systems and networks, supported mobile access to network systems, and provided on-site support, installs, deployment and troubleshooting for clients.
Luis Arganda studied Information Systems Technology at Miami Dade College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. Luis then pursued a career in Computer Information Technology, completing an Associate of Science Degree at Miami Dade College. Luis is currently certified by Microsoft in MCSA: Windows Server 2016.

The Miami Marlins are Miami’s Major League Baseball franchise. Debuting in 1993, the organization has won two World Championships – in 1997 and 2003 – one of just five teams to win multiple titles during the team’s existence. The Marlins play their home games in Marlins Park, located in the heart of Little Havana. The state-of-the-art retractable roof ballpark opened in 2012 and is a first-class entertainment destination beyond baseball.
