Ciera Fedell

Ciera Fedell is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Production Engineer II at Marotta Controls since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ciera worked as a Mechanical Engineer at CONTROL & POWER SYSTEMS, INC. from September 2020 to November 2024. Ciera also held positions at Rutgers University from June 2018 to September 2020, including Assistant Supervisor at the OIT Help Desk and Machine Shop Monitor. Additionally, Ciera completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at General Dynamics Electric Boat in July and August 2019 and contributed to chassis manufacture design for Rutgers Formula Racing between September 2016 and May 2019. Ciera holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained in 2020.
