Julianne Gunst

Julianne Gunst, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Marotta Controls, a position held since November 2019 after previously being a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this role, Julianne was an HR Business Partner at Plated, where responsibilities included addressing local fulfillment center issues and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Experience as an HR Generalist at Devils Backbone Brewing Company involved promoting an employee-friendly culture and supporting compliance needs. Julianne began their HR career as a Training Coordinator at RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc., following a successful internship.
