Joanna Inorowicz

Joanna Inorowicz currently serves as the Anti-Financial Crimes Risk and Compliance FIU Director at Marqeta, beginning in May 2024. Prior to this role, Joanna held the position of Expert Lead - Financial Crime Compliance at ING from October 2022 to May 2024, where leadership was provided to a team of over 20 employees. Previous experience includes managerial roles at EY and Citi, where significant responsibilities encompassed managing financial crime compliance teams, ensuring adherence to AML/CTF processes, and delivering customer service excellence. Joanna's earlier career includes leadership and analysis roles in financial crime and due diligence at organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Joanna holds a master's degree in English and Dutch from the University of Wroclaw, completing studies from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Joanna began a career in journalism, contributing to Puls Biznesu and Życie Warszawy.
