Josh Waddell

Josh Waddell is an experienced professional in global network strategy and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Marqeta since February 2021, overseeing a team of payment network subject matter experts and managing the network numeric management system essential for payment processing. Previously, Josh co-owned Waddell Community Design, focusing on community-building and property management, and held various roles at Visa from 2008 to 2018, culminating in a Senior Client Operational Relationship Manager position. Additional experience includes leading children's ministries at Crossroads Community Church and managing accounts at Crash Creative. Josh holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from Lee University.
