Stephen Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Stephen started their career in 1996 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Advanced DC Motors, where they monitored and controlled releases of electric motors for production processes. From 1997 to 2004, they worked at Magna Powertrain - New Process Gear, starting as a Senior Product Engineer and eventually transitioning to the role of Engineering Manager. In this position, they led a team in various engineering projects and achieved significant cost reduction goals. From 2011 to 2016, Stephen worked at JADAK LLC as an OEM Program Manager, responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring performance to customer schedules. Lastly, they are currently employed as an Advanced Manufacturing Project Lead at Marquardt Switches, Inc. North America since 2016.

Stephen Dolan attended Onondaga Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science in Mechanical Technology. Stephen then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1996.
