Inza Duchi

Inza Duchi is a Professional Sales Specialist at Marriage Helper, starting in October 2023, where the focus is on helping women find confidence through faith and assisting couples in reconciliation. As CEO of J.O.Y. Holdings since February 2023, Inza leads initiatives to mentor entrepreneurs towards achieving financial stability. Previously, Inza held multiple roles at Monat Global from July 2016 to April 2024, including Founding Executive Director and Market Mentor, emphasizing mentorship and collaborative growth. Inza also operated Inza Duchi, LLC from July 2015 to April 2024, dedicated to empowering successful women to achieve freedom and flexibility. Additionally, Inza has experience as a caregiver and a former owner of Curbside Coffeehouse, along with a background as a Business Analyst II at Highmark. Inza earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Point Park University from 1992 to 1996.
