John Hill

John Hill is an accomplished analyst and educator with extensive experience in research and higher education. Currently working as an Analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives since May 2023, John also serves as the Research Director at Marriage Helper, overseeing research in marriage and family therapy. As a Professor at Amridge University since August 2015, John teaches various courses in communication, statistics, and research methods, while also contributing as an adjunct instructor. Additionally, John has been an adjunct professor at Faulkner University since 1996 and is the President of American Indicators, which focuses on tracking socio-political trends. John's past role as a Senior Research Analyst at the Alabama Policy Institute involved extensive publication and media engagement, discussing critical issues such as environmentalism and educational outcomes. John holds a Ph.D. in Mass Communication from The University of Alabama and additional degrees from the University of Memphis and Freed-Hardeman University.
