Crystil Graves

Crystil Graves, AINS, AIC, currently serves as the Director of Risk Management at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, a position held since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Risk Manager at AMC Theatres from April 2016 to April 2025, overseeing General Liability and Workers Compensation claim operations and contributing to the insurance program's planning and implementation. Crystil Graves also owned and operated The Bean Coffee Co. from June 2017 to August 2021, where a business plan was created and implemented for the start-up. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Collar Pet Boutique in 2019. Prior to this, roles included Operations Manager at AIG, managing a large team and various financial functions, and positions at Swiss Re as a Reinsurance Claims Analyst and Examiner, focusing on claims adjudication and compliance. Crystil Graves received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University, completed in 2008.
