Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisitions Systems Lead at Banfield Pet Hospital, where significant contributions were made towards managing the Talent Acquisition systems and creating an inclusive environment. Previous positions at Meritor involved leading HR Analytics and supporting HR business operations to enhance efficiency. Early career experience at Kellogg Company included responsibilities as a Global HRIS Associate, managing various HR systems and implementing process improvements. Sarah holds an MBA from Northwood University and a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Northwood University.
