Alina Timar

Alina Timar is an experienced professional in human resources with extensive expertise in the FMCG sector. Currently serving as the People & Organization Director for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland at Mars since May 2016, Alina also held the position of People & Organization Director for Mars Multisales Belgium and previously worked as a People & Organization Manager. Prior to Mars, Alina worked at Wrigley as a People & Organization Manager for Romania and the Balkan East and served as an HR Manager at Intersnack Romania and Heinrig Impex. Alina's educational background includes professional coaching and NLPt practitioner training from the Austrian Training Center for NLP, as well as a certificate in personnel practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development UK. Alina also holds a degree from Polytechnic University in Bucharest.
