Elsa Pedro do Souto

Elsa Pedro do Souto is a highly experienced professional in data analytics and financial control, currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Engagement at Mars since February 2019. In this role, Elsa has established the Data & Analytics function for Royal Canin, focusing on strategy development and securing funding for analytical initiatives. Prior to this, Elsa held key positions such as Senior Manager of Analytics and Insights, leading a global advanced analytics program, and Business Intelligence Manager, creating business intelligence solutions across several Nordic countries. Elsa's earlier career includes roles at Archer, Aker Solutions, BP, and Banco Santander, where substantial contributions were made in project financial control, risk management, and product management. Elsa holds an MBA from Durham University Business School, alongside a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics from Udacity and a Licentiate degree in Economics from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
