Heiko Fleige

Heiko Fleige is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global finance transformation and leadership within the Mars organization. Since April 2021, Heiko has served as the Global Finance Transformation Lead and CFO at Mars. Prior to this role, Heiko held various senior positions at Mars Petcare from September 1999 to March 2021, including Global Head of Financial Planning and Controlling, Acting Global CFO, and Director of Global Financial Planning and Analysis. Heiko's career began with a finance management trainee program, culminating in significant roles such as CFO for both Chocolate Germany and Food UK, as well as European Finance Effectiveness Manager. Heiko holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, earned between 1994 and 1999.
