Jessica Gilbert

Jessica Gilbert is a Packaging Supplier Quality Assurance Manager at Mars, where responsibilities include seeking and implementing digitalization and simulation opportunities within R&D to accelerate innovation processes. Previously, Jessica held various roles at Mars, including Packaging Development Manager and Senior Engineer Factory Innovation, focusing on new product and process innovations. Prior to Mars, Jessica gained experience as a Scientific Intern at Costello Medical Consulting and an Intern at Baron Warren Redfern, where tasks involved drafting patent claims and observing client meetings. Additional roles include a Consultant for the Oxfordshire Artweeks marketing strategy project and a Teaching Assistant at Tanglin Trust School. Jessica obtained an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford from 2009 to 2013 and attended Haberdashers' Monmouth School for Girls from 1999 to 2008.
