Toby Poulson

Toby Poulson is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership positions within global organizations. Currently, Toby serves as the VP Finance and CFO for Rapid Growth Markets at MARS Pet Nutrition, overseeing financial strategies across emerging markets. Previous roles at MARS include Regional CFO for the MW Middle East and Africa unit, where Toby led value creation initiatives, and Regional Finance Director for MW South East Asia and Thailand, focusing on financial growth and control. Before MARS, Toby held critical roles at the International Baccalaureate as Global Finance Director and Global Head of FP&A, managing comprehensive financial oversight. Earlier career experiences include CFO positions at Layby Services Australia Pty. Ltd. and Chrisco Australia, as well as leadership roles in Atos Origin/Fujitsu and Pfizer. Toby is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich.
