Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Vice President at TB and Sons Construction Inc. from January 2004 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing insurance claims, overseeing sales representatives and contractors, handling payroll, office management, and ordering materials. Josh attended Sinclair Community College from 2003 to 2005, enhancing a solid foundation in business operations related to the industry.
