The Marshal L. Salant Student Investment team manages a $400,000+ long-only equity portfolio as part of the university's endowment. Members develop their critical thinking and oral presentation skills by creating and critiquing stock pitches for investment. The team aims to outperform the most relevant benchmark, the S&P 500, and has been successful in doing so since inception.
