In 2016, Andy joined Diversified Crop Insurance Services as a Business Analyst before moving on to Springfield Clinic in 2018. At Springfield Clinic, they initially worked as an HR Systems Specialist and then transitioned to the position of Lead Business Application Support Analyst in July 2021.
