Robyn Youngman

Robyn Youngman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Team Leader at Marshall Motor Group since November 2009, where management of a team of six and first-level support for dealerships across the UK are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Robyn was an HR Assistant supporting over 700 employees across four divisions, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory legislation. Previous experience includes a position as Training Advisor at Anne Clarke Associates Ltd from 2006 to November 2011, where Robyn progressed from office junior to qualified NVQ Assessor in Customer Services and Business Administration while obtaining NVQ L2 certifications in Business and Administration and ICT. Education was completed at City of Ely Community College.
