Payton Cavanaugh

Payton Cavanaugh is an International Business B.S.B.A. student at High Point University, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a Residential Assistant at High Point University since August 2022, Payton plans and manages two events monthly while ensuring compliance with campus living standards and supporting residents. In addition, Payton works as a Merchandise Associate at MARSHALLS LLC since July 2020, where strong customer service skills have been developed during busy retail seasons, along with responsibilities at the cash register and promoting the company credit card. Payton has also been part of the Recreation Staff for the Town of Plymouth, MA, since June 2019, managing over 200 campers, planning activities, and communicating with parents regarding camper behavior. Previous experience includes a Promotions Intern role with High Point Rockers Baseball in September 2021, where engagement with customers and time management were key responsibilities.
