Neil Carter

Neil Carter has over 28 years of experience in engineering roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Marshalls plc since November 2001, Neil has held positions as Engineering Team Leader and Team Member, contributing to the company's status as a market leader in landscaping products. Previously, Neil worked at Wyseplant as a Hoist Engineer, responsible for servicing construction lifts and conducting equipment inspections. Prior experience includes a role as Service Technician at Soilmec Ltd, where Neil serviced piling and foundation equipment, and as Shift Engineer at Marleys Building Materials. Neil's career began as Leading Engineering Artificer in the Royal Navy. Neil holds a degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from HMS Sultan, completed in 1993.
