Shiv Sibal

Shiv Sibal currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Marshalls plc since May 2020, following a tenure as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Card Factory from May 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included leading the legal and governance function and being a member of the Group's Operating Board. Prior to this, Shiv was a Partner at Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP from October 2012 to April 2014, specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and providing advisory services on transactions for listed companies. Additionally, experience includes working as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Team at Pinsent Masons from July 2004 to October 2012, and starting a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Nabarro LLP from March 2001 to March 2003. Shiv holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Accounting from The University of Manchester and studied at Nottingham Law School.
