Yaz Mohuyddin

Yaz Mohuyddin currently serves as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Marshalls plc, a position held since April 2019. With a focus on strategic recruitment lifecycle ownership, Yaz ensures the attraction and successful hiring of diverse talent to meet business needs. Previous roles at Marshalls include Group HR Talent Partner, where Yaz developed comprehensive talent strategies, and HR Business Partner, providing guidance on employee relations and change management. Before joining Marshalls, Yaz held various HR positions at Premier Farnell and served as a Senior Customer Service Consultant at Nationwide Building Society. Yaz holds a CIPD level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from Avado and a CIPD Diploma level 3 from MOL Learn.
