Christopher Plant

Christopher Plant is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in brand strategy and design. Currently serving as the Global Head of Creative at Marsh McLennan since March 2023, Christopher oversees creative teams across the enterprise, enhancing brand experiences. Previously, Christopher held multiple leadership roles at Mercer from February 2012 to March 2023, including Global Creative and Brand Leader, where responsibilities included activating brand strategy across various channels. Prior to Mercer, Christopher served as Global Head of Creative at Oliver Wyman and held positions at The Chase Creative Consultants, Blue Apple Education, and Shell Oil Company. Christopher's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design from the University of East Anglia and National Diplomas in Publishing and Digital Design as well as Graphic Design.
