Christopher Williams is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer, and Senior Vice President, Global Inclusion & Diversity Leader at Marsh McLennan since February 2022, Christopher has previously held senior roles at HBO, Viacom, Ivy Planning Group, PwC, and Accenture, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic consulting. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Science in HR/Organizational Development from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University, Christopher has successfully guided organizations in creating impactful DE&I strategies, fostering leadership development, and improving team performance.
