Joyce N.

Joyce N. currently serves as Assistant Vice President at Mercer Marsh Benefits since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joyce held various positions at Aon from December 2014 to January 2023, including Senior Business Development Executive and Business Development Executive. Joyce also worked as Strategic Accounts Manager at AIG Philippines Insurance, Inc. from August 2013 to December 2014, and as Gross Profit Quality Manager and Operations Activation Team Lead at DirectWithHotels from October 2009 to July 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Reservations Sales Agent and Training Assistant at InterContinental Hotels Group from November 2006 to September 2009. Joyce holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both from the University of the Philippines, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
