Kim Groemling

Kim Groemling has extensive experience in internal communications and business systems, currently serving as the Lead Specialist for Internal Communications in MGTI at Marsh McLennan since July 2018. Prior to this role, Kim worked as an Associate at Questo, developing online marketing and website content for the book "Self unLimited: A Vocational Adventure for the 21st Century," and held a senior position at Computershare as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, managing business process re-engineering projects. Kim spent over two decades at Mercer LLC, where responsibilities included leading a global intranet migration, managing intranet product strategies for 22,000 employees across 40 countries, and establishing a knowledge management function. Earlier experience includes technical recruitment at TCI Solutions and a BA in Mathematics from Georgetown College.
