Megan DeShields, SHRM-CP, PHR is the Head of People at Martello Re since January 2023. Prior to this, she was the Vice President, Learning and Talent Development Business Partner at Validus from January 2016 to December 2022. Before her role at Validus, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Validus Reinsurance from January 2008 to December 2015. Megan started her career as an HR Officer at Appleby from 2006 to 2008 after completing her MSc in International Hotel and Tourism Management at Oxford Brookes University in 2006.
