LaMont Doty, M.T. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in program management, education, and social development. Currently serving as the Employment Program Manager at Chapter 2 (Martha O'Bryan) since June 2015, LaMont oversees program compliance with contract requirements and performance outcomes, while also reviewing and updating policies and procedures. Prior experience includes the role of Lead Site Coordinator for the New Life Program, where LaMont directed program curricula and participant recruitment efforts, and a teaching position at Metro Nashville Public Schools, focusing on 5th grade social studies and language arts. Additionally, LaMont served as a Social Development Coordinator/Consultant for the 100 Black Men of Middle TN, where responsibilities included consultation on social development initiatives and teaching skills to students. LaMont Doty holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University.
