Jeff Kern

Jeff Kern serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Martin Aquatic Design & Engineering since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff Kern was a Consultant, Coach, and Mentor at KLR Management Consulting from 2008 to November 2023, focusing on increasing the capacity of leaders and their organizations. Jeff Kern contributed to Summit Church as a Pastoral and Strategy Team Member from January 2008 to September 2023 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Spraggins Builder Services from May 2005 to August 2007, overseeing various operational departments. As President of Great Commission Ministries from September 1989 to December 2004, Jeff Kern engaged in church planting, leadership development, and missions mobilization. Earlier experience includes serving as CFO at Arnett HMO from June 1986 to October 1988, where significant financial growth occurred. Jeff Kern earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1978 and 1982.
