Sarah Booth has over 25 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. Sarah is currently serving as the Logistics Director UK&I at Martin Brower UK and Ireland, where they lead a team of 12,000 employees and ensures the smooth delivery of over 699 million cases to 25,000 restaurants across 18 countries. Prior to this, Sarah held the position of Director of Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc., where they focused on maximizing operational efficiency through advanced automation.
Sarah also has extensive experience at XPO Logistics Europe, where they served as the Account Director and Head of Business Implementation, leading implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Before that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at iForce Limited, specializing in e-fulfillment and returns recovery. Earlier in their career, Sarah served as a Logistics Project Manager at Glen Dimplex Home Appliances Ltd and Bernstein Group PLC, and as an IM Project Manager at BOC Distribution Services.
Throughout their career, Sarah has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive results, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional value for their customers.
Sarah Booth attended Loughborough University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing & Management.
