Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, implementing customer service models, and delivering results to clients at a senior management level.
Michelle Carter received a BA in English from the University of Toronto. Michelle also obtained a Business Studies Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic. In 2017, they completed a Digital Marketing Management Certificate at the University of Toronto, followed by an Agile Project Management Certificate in 2019 at the same institution.
