Frank McCarthy

Frank McCarthy is a highly experienced engineer specializing in digital signal processing and firmware development, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal DSP Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor since May 2021, Frank focuses on developing multi-gig BASE-T1 PHY solutions for automotive applications in accordance with the 802.3ch standard. Prior experience includes roles as Principal DSP/Firmware Engineer at Aquantia, where Frank contributed to 10GBaseT and NBaseT PHY chip development, and as Principal Systems Engineer at Entropic Communications.
