Maurice Wu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting at Marvell Semiconductor since February 2016, Maurice has previously held the position of Financial Reporting Manager at Micrel and worked as a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst at Varian Medical Systems.
